The Town Board of the Town of Vienna, County of Dane, do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. PROHIBITION.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give away, possess or consume
any fermented malt beverages as defined in Section 66.054, Wis. Stats.,
or any intoxicating liquors as defined in Chapter
176, Wis. Stats., on any property licensed to
sell malt or liquor beverages in the Town of Vienna between the hours
of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. The provisions of the ordinance shall be enforced
by any state or county officers authorized by the law to enforce the same.
SECTION 2. PENALTY.
Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject
to a forfeiture of not more than one hundred ($100) dollars.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after the 1st
day of November, 1978.
