The Town Board of the Town of Vienna, Dane County, Wisconsin, does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. ALTERNATE SIDE
PARKING.
Between December 1st and April 15th no person shall park, stop, or leave
standing any vehicle between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the even
numbered side of any street or road on the even numbered calendar days
AND on the odd numbered side of any street or road on the odd numbered
calendar days- except as may be posted otherwise.
SECTION 2. PENALTY.
Any person violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be subject
to a forfeiture or not more that $ 30 dollars for the first offense and
not more than $ 50 dollars for the second or subsequent violations within
one year. For the purposes of this ordinance, each twenty-four period
shall be considered as a separate violation.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication as required by law The forgoing Ordinance was adopted
at a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Vienna on the 5
th Day of February, 2001.
