ORDINANCE MALT BEVERAGE SALES
06/01/81
RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO LICENSES
 

The Town Board of the Town of Vienna, Dane County, Wisconsin, does ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. PROHIBITED:
Between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. each day, no one shall sell any fermented malt beverages in an original, un-opened package, container or bottle or for consumption away from the premises.

SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall be effective July 1, 1981. This ordinance shall be automatically repealed on July 1, 1982, unless the Town Board shall reenact this ordinance prior to that date. However, the repeal shall not effect any civil or criminal liability nor any action, whether began before or after the date of repeal, involving offenses under the amended section occurring before the repeal date, and all such actions, rights, duties, liabilities or penalties shall be preserved despite the repeal.

SECTION 3. PENALTIES.
Violation of this ordinance may result in forfeiture of the Combination Class "B" malt beverage or Class "B" liquor license of the licensed premises on which the violation took place.
