The Town Board of the Town of Vienna does ordain as follows:
That Section 27 of the Ordinance heretofore adopted on the 20th day of December, 1971, entitled "An Ordinance Providing for the Regulation of Building Construction and the Appointment of a Building Inspector" be amended by deleting therefrom the following words:

"except that even though such building or assembly does not fulfill the requirements of this Ordinance as to structural standards, such building or assembly is constructed in conformity to the design and control data contained in the National Bureau of Standards bulletin entitled, `Prefabricated Houses Commercial Standard CS-125-47'.

It shall also meet the requirements of `Article 19 - Prefabricated Construction', issued by the Building Officials Conference of America as part of its basic code. Conformity of a prefabricated structure or component to ether of the above standards shall be evidenced by the manufacturer's certification or warrantee of compliance"; and that said Section 27, after the passage and posting of this notice, shall read as follows:

"Section 27. PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS. The erection of a prefabricated building or use of a prefabricated assembly, in integral parts of which have been built up or assembled prior to incorporation in the building, shall be permitted subject to all other provisions of this Ordinance."

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and posting as provided by law.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND THE APPOINTMENT OF A BUILDING INSPECTOR

The Town Board of the Town of Vienna does ordain as follows:
That Part (f) MINOR REPAIRS, of Section 5 of the Ordinance heretofore adopted on the 20th day of December, 1971, entitled "An Ordinance Providing for the Regulation of Building Construction and the Appointment of a Building Inspector" be amended in the following manner: (f) MINOR REPAIRS. The Building Inspector may authorize in writing minor repairs or alterations valued at less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) which do not change the electrical or plumbing systems or change the occupancy, area, structural strength, fire protection, exits, light or ventilation of the building without requiring a building permit to be issued. However, such repairs or alterations shall not be made until written authorization from the Building Inspector is obtained.

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and posting as provided by law. Dated and adopted this 12th day of September, 1973.
