FOR THE TOWN OF VIENNA, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN |

WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient and necessary that there be authority to regulate private driveways entering public town roads; NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board of the Town of Vienna,
Dane County, Wisconsin, does ordain as follows: - (2) Specifications: The location of said driveway shall be approved by the Town Board. Each driveway shall have a culvert at the ditch line, unless special permission is obtained from the Town Board. All cost of construction of said driveway, including the cost of the culvert, shall be paid by the property owner requesting the permit. No culvert shall be less than twenty-four (24) feet and must be longer if so determined by the Town Board. - (3)Penalty: Any person violating this section may be fined not less than Twenty ($20) dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200) dollars and default of payment of said fine shall result in imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than thirty (30) days. This ordinance shall take effect after its publication in the Waunakee Tribune, the DeForest Times-Tribune, and the Lodi Enterprise and posted in the Vienna Town Hall, Route 1, DeForest, Wisconsin.
