ORDINANCE ROAD DUMPING
11/11/75
PROHIBITION OF RUBBISH AND STONE DEPOSIT ON HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY
 

The Town Board of the Town of Vienna, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION.
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or deposit any weeds, sod, brush, cans, glass, gravel, stones, boulders, machinery, garbage or other waste or rubbish in or on the right of way of any highway located in the Town of Vienna, Dane County, State of Wisconsin, without written permission of the Town Board of the Town of Vienna.

SECTION 2. PENALTY.
Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof, forfeit a sum not to exceed Two Hundred ($200) dollars, besides costs and in default of payment thereof be imprisoned in the County Jail until said forfeiture and costs are paid, but not to exceed thirty (30) days.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after one week from the date of passage and posting of this ordinance and proof of such posting is filed in the Town records by the Town Clerk.

The foregoing ordinance was adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Vienna on the 11th day of November, 1975.
