Town of Vienna Ordinance 7-17-06-1 An Ordinance of the Town of Vienna to adopt Chapter 14, Sub Chapter II of the Dane County Code of Ordinances [ Erosion Control and Stormwater Management]
WHERE AS the Town of Vienna, a municipal governmental unit in the County of Dane and the State of Wisconsin, has found that requiring the erosion and stormwater regulations and conditions of Dane County Chapter 14, Sub Chapter II is necessary to insure adequate erosion control and stormwater run-off control to protect the water quality within the Town of Vienna, and
WHERE AS the Town of Vienna has found that the standards, regulations, and conditions of Dane County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 14, Sub Chapter II [ Erosion Control and Stormwater Management] are likely to provide adequate erosion control and stormwater run-off controls to protect water quality within the Town of Vienna, and
WHERE AS the town board or the Town of Vienna held a public hearing on July 17, 2006 to consider adopting Town of Vienna Ordinance 7-17-06-1.
LET IT NOW BE ORDAINED that the town board of the Town of Vienna adopts Chapter 14, Sub Chapter II of the Dane County Code of Ordinances [ Erosion Control and Stormwater Management]
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the adoption of Chapter 14, Sub Chapter II of the Dane County Code of Ordinances [ Erosion Control and Stormwater Management] will become effective with the publication of Town of Vienna Ordinance 7-17-05-1 in the official town newspapers. (Waunakee Tribune & DeForest Times Tribune).
